Shift Arround

I am not the type of person that have idolized someone  no matter how much I like or share similar point of view. However  in this case I couldn't agree more to the well known and iconic Oprah Winfrey. Based on my experience   and the information I collected recently,  I got  to the same conclusion over and over again....And  simply  knowing myself  I took the time to sit and  connect the dots :)
However, many will agree that  the biggest struggle in life is the struggle to know, embrace, and accept ourselves, with all of our faults and imperfections.  The fact that apple shaped  type ladies, carry weight around the tummy area and are therefore without a defined waistline depress most of them and  lower their self esteem almost to the point of zero. Yet there is a medical explanation to that and it calls a Levels of the protein - known as 11BetaHSD1 that tend to be higher in the presence  of "apple-shapes" and  is stored as an unhealthy  fat around the torso. But before  get into how to alter the apple shape body we first need to determine whether this is actually the correct type we think we are and realized that feeling good in our skin is closely related with the life style we have chosen. So eat well, exercise according to your desire and abilities, think positively focusing not on how big is my middle but how beautiful my legs are and how attempting my chest is....Of course shifting that thoughts around will be something new and strange in the start, but it worth the effort. And yet that is how the magic of feeling better and stronger begins :)
